The first thing that will amaze you is the journey to O’Land Estate, the one hour drive from Coonoor is stunning. The 130 acre property is totally organic and grows tea, coffee and spices, continuing its responsible ethos the staff are all from the local tribes [the only exception being the chef]. This off the beaten track property has seven rooms in three uniquely designed buildings, the Estate House, Pepper House and Hornbill House. Food is served in dining room at the Estate House.
